Oh FFS, this is getting ridiculous. Every time I speak to BT I get the same old tripe. We are really busy at the moment, we'll take you number and call you back. Today was the fourth time I have been subjected to this and I have no doubt that I will NOT get called back tonight either. So still no phone line or internet, still no idea why it wasn't sorted out last Wednesday, and still no idea when it might be up and running..............................grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Who's a good boy then

Wow, got home from work today and Sam was in the kitchen making me a cup of tea. He had tidied the house up for me, bought me some nibbles and made a chair ready for me to sit down and relax. It was such a lovely surprise.
