Celebrity Cruise Special

Celebrity Cruise Special

What makes Celebrity Cruise Lines so special that the travel press, like Conde Nast Traveler is constantly rated among the best in the world? And what makes it so special that the passengers keep coming back, again and again? May be the services, or the entertainment, or even the food and the wine, or maybe the architecture and the elegance.

The personnel and the services are among the best in the industry. There are also butler services in all suites and the guests are backed with every thing they need, starting with packing, unpacking and so on.

But the Celebrity Cruise will always try to do more than that. Now they are planning something even more special. Recently, they teamed with a well-known food magazine and planned a memorable culinary cruise. They invited a famous chef with his team and they astonished the guests with rustic French and Italian dishes during the whole voyage. The culinary demonstration with recipe contests and many other surprises certainly made the trip a success.

Celebrity House Alarms

Celebrity House Alarms

A celebrity wanting to buy real estate is not a very easy affair because everybody wants to know the details.

Media cultivated the taste of gossip and news like this usually remains in the front pages of the newspapers for quite a while. Apart from the ordinary people who sigh watching the huge properties surrounded by impenetrable fences from Malibu, Miami, Aspen or Hampton, there are other dangerous watchers. They are ready to break into those celebrities’ houses and take away the most valuable things they find. Almost all famous people had problems with those burglars, kidnappers or even killers. This is why the first thing a celebrity will do after buying a residential property is to instal a high tech alarm system. The security companies provide 24-hour protection for their house and can cover almost every possible incident. They have highly trained people to install their sophisticated security systems and they have ready to go teams or a permanent connection with the local police department to cover all possible emergencies. The life of many stars or successful business men are worth millions and millions of dollars and this makes them presumptive targets for criminals. Investing in a performing security system is a must for every celebrity.

Celebrity Selling Houses

Celebrity Selling Houses

Buying or selling a celebrity real estate can be a tricky business for everybody involved. A celebrity selling its house will desperately try to keep the business confidential, but this is sometimes almost impossible because they are surrounded by thousands of annoying paparazzi and reporters. The house selling is a news event and causes all sorts of suppositions: the celebrity has lost money, is divorcing, its business is not going well and so on. Brokers do whatever they can to hide their clients’ identity.

If the seller or the buyer finds out the other one is a famous person nothing good can happen. The price of the real estate will go up, or the affair will be revealed to the seller or the buyer’s friends, family or even the media. This happened when Bruce Willis sold his Trump Tower with a 25 % higher price simply because his name. And when we are talking millions of dollars estates, 25 % can be a sum to make even a star have second thoughts about keeping his name private. This strategy does not work for everybody. Shaquille O’Neal or Britney Spears did not manage to sell their properties even though they listed them with all the details, while Donald Trump managed to sell his estate for 100 million $. He managed to get quite a profit from the original 41 million dollar buying price!
