Altima Hybrid: Affordable Eco-Car!

One of America's favorite cars is now available as a hybrid model!  The 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid HEV has a starting price of only $26,780.  Seeing as how this is such a new car, it is unlikely that you will find one at Fort Worth Used Cars, but go ahead and check because you never know what kind of great deal they might be offering.  There is only one trim level available, but there are some package options that drivers will love.  Plus, the Altima Hybrid starts out nicely equipped.  People can spend a lot more on a Prius from Salt Lake City Toyota Scion making it their dream car.

Drivers will love getting 35 mpg around town and 33 mpg on the highway.  We would like to see most of the cars at Fort Worth Dodge Chrysler try to come close to those numbers!  Standard equipment includes power accessories, keyless entry and ignition, CD player with auxiliary jack, steering column that tilts and telescopes, and dual zone climate control.  That list of features includes a lot of equipment that normally you would have to pay for as an optional upgrade.  There are three packages of options available, and you have to get them in order: Convenience, Premium, and Technology.  To clarify, if you want the Technology package then you also have to purchase the other two packages.  The way Nissan set up their options can make this an expensive process.  The Convenience Package costs $1,300, the Premium is $4,230, and the Technology Package is $1,780.

Currently, the Altima Hybrid is only sold in a handful of states: Oregon and California on the West Coast, and the majority of the New England States.  Drivers will notice a lot of similarities between this and the Toyota Camry Hybrid, as Nissan obtained a license from Toyota.  But, Nissan drivers will enjoy more horsepower and overall performance.

Nissan's new Leaf?

Before you buy any where make sure you check out all of the amazing deals and great prices on a great line up of modern luxury vehicles at Arizona Volkswagen. Also make sure you check out all of the amazing deals and great prices on a great line up of vehicles at Buick GMC Birmingham. Nissan is turning over a new leaf, but this time it is going electric. The Nissan's leaf is a electric car with a 100 miles distance, and a short time span to charge the battery so you can be back on the road in no time. Keep in mind to check out all of the great deals and amazing prices at Cincinnati Chevy.

The leaf is not a compact car. In fact it seats a small family with enough room for all of them to sit comfortably, and no one has to squeeze in. The Nissan Leaf is a great car, and it releases zero emissions. Unlike other cars in it's class the Nissan leaf has stream line looks inside and out. Everything about this vehicle is main stream except for the way it gives off zero emission and a lot of power to go with it.

This car offers you power with out the gas mileage, and it also offers you a spark all it's own. The Nissan Leaf is perfect for any generation, because it offers you anything you could think of for a vehicle of it's class. Even the interior of this Nissan is one of a kind.

Over all you can not go wrong with this vehicle. It gives you the best of both worlds, and then a little extra. The Nissan Leaf is in a class all it's own, and from the looks of things it is not going to be going any where for a long time. The Leaf is taking the lead in today's go green challenge.

Going Green Again?

Going green is a question that is often asked. Is it cost effective to go green and does it still have the power that you need when accelerating is called upon? There are different makes and models on the market and different types of "green" cars. The Nissan Leaf is all electric while other hybrids use the combination of gas too. In the busiest city of all North America, New York Nissan Dealers has the Leaf to compete with the other big name automakers. Just about every automobile maker has a "green" car, North Carolina Used Carshas Chevy Hybrids to choose from. There are Volkswagen Deals on Toureg BlueMotion hybrid that is newly released this year. Ford also, has their lineup of hybrids along Mercury also.

When choosing to go green, the government has put some incentives to go along with that. Federal Tax Credits on hybrids vary depending on what car you choose. There are even additional incentives from state or local agencies to help with the offset of hybrids costing more than regular gasoline cars. Even the all electric vehicles have more incentives than the other hybrids.

Chevrolet has available hybrid options in the Malibu, Tahoe and Silverado. The Tahoe is such a key vehicle for a hybrid, it helps mothers with multiple children and various places to be at all the time. The Silverado being the "man's best friend" when transporting loads at full capacity to towing. The Volkswagen and their Toureg BlueMotion hybrid are claiming it can tow up to 7,700 lbs which beats the Chevy that can on tow 6,000 lbs. The VW keeps the SUV like features with the having excellent fuel efficiency. This engine can operate in electric boost. Nissan Leaf is a smaller vehicle but is all electric and it can go farther on a charge than the Chevy Volt. So, from truck to SUV to car, there are ways to save the ozone in vehicles with low emissions. Technology is paving the way for fuel efficiency and freeing us from dependency from fossils fuels.
