Order my nice new shiny O2 phone upgrade yesterday.
Got excited as I followed its progress on the DHL website as it was picked up, moved and then out in transit and then returned to the depot! AAARRRRGGGHHHHH
I phone up to ask what had happened and it turns out that DHL had put my package on a van that didn't have the office address on its route DOH!
Have now been told that it WILL be here tomorrow, they have put a note to say that it MUST be delivered and I also have a reference number to chase it up.
Bloody couriers!
Fingers crossed for tomorrow!
