3 cake 800 gm each
Ingredient and Quantity
Butter : - 250 gms
Sugar : - 350 gms
Lemon Zest : - Ea1
Egg : - 200 mls
Flour : - 150 gms
Pistachio Ground : - 225 gms
Sponge Crumbs Fresh : 270 gms
Apple diced : - 300 gms
Butter : - 125 gms
Glucose : - 125 gms
sugar : - 125 gms
Water : - 70 mls
Pistachio Nuts :- 125 gms
Cashew Nuts : - 175 gms
How to make Apple and Pistachio Cake
Cream the butter with the sugar and add eggs
Add ground pistachio and flour to it
Add apple and sponge crumbs
Bake at 180 degree C 45 minutes until ¾ done. In the meanwhile boil the sugar, glucose, butter and water.
Add the remaining nuts and spread onto the hot cake. Continue baking until golden brown on the top.

Almond Croissants
Ingredients
Maida : - 1 kg
Yeast : - 25 gm
Salt :- 20 gm
Sugar : - 80 gm
Butter : -200 gm
Milk : - 500 gm
Gelatin : - 2 gm
Vx2 : - 2 gm
Almond Paste : - 300 gm
Almond Flakes : - 200 gm

Procedure :
Mix yeast sugar and milk
After that add all other ingredients on slow speed and than fast speed for 2 minutes
Allow to rest outside for 20 minutes
Keep in fridge for 2 hours
Add 400 gm butter to 1 kg of dough and make envelope
Give 1 double turn
Keep in the freezer for 12 hours approximately

Cottage Cheese : - 200 gms
Sugar : - 2 cups
1 litre milk
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tsp Almonds
1 tsp Pistachios
How to Make Paan Ki Ramalai
Mix sugar and milk
Boil till it gets reduced to its half
Make balls from paneer and flatten them in center
Preapare sugar syrup
Boil the syrup over medium heat
Put paneer balls in it and boil it for few minutes
Add paneer balls in the milk sugar mixture
Keep it for cooling
Add almonds and Pistachios
Serve it chilled
